The Peoria Historical Society will host an Open House at the Pettengill-Morron House (located at 1212 W Moss Avenue in Peoria) from 10 am - 2 pm. Listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, this Second Empire-style house was built in 1868 for hardware merchant Moses Pettengill. This historical home also showcases the treasures of the last owner, Jean Morron. It was donated to the Peoria Historical Society after her death in 1967.
