The Peoria Oktoberfest will take place on the Peoria Riverfront (located at 200 NW Water St in Peoria) from 5 – 11 pm on Friday, 12 – 11 pm on Saturday and 11 am- 5 pm on Sunday. Featuring German heritage and culture through food, drink, live music and dance, admission is $9 in advance or $12 at the gate on Friday & Saturday and $6 on Sunday in advance or $15 in advance for a weekend pass ($20 at the gate). For Friday only, those attendees who show up in German Tracht (clothing) will get in for half-price. For men, this means lederhosen and a German shirts, for ladies either a dirndl, similar dress with apron or lederhosen.
