The Flotsam River Circus will take place on the Chillicothe Riverfront Eagle Landing (located at 804 N 1st St. in Chillicothe) beginning at 6 pm. Featuring a troupe of musicians, circus artists, and puppeteers who travel on a handmade raft. Admission is free, however donations of $10 - $25 per person are recommended.
