Vesper Stamper, internationally-acclaimed author and illustrator, will make an appearance at the Illinois Prairie District Public Library Germantown Hills branch (located at at 509 Woodland Knolls Rd. in Germantown Hills) from 5:30 – 7 pm.  Author and illustrator of “What the Night Sings”, a novel about Holocaust survivors in the period after World War II, the library will give away copies of the book to the first 20 guests and the Stamper will be sign copies of her book following the presentation.  Admission is free.  For more information, visit https://www.ipdpl.org
