The 2019 Tremont Turkey Festival will take place through Sunday in downtown Tremont. Hours are 5- 10 pm on Thursday, from 11 am – 10 pm on Friday, 6:30 am – 10 pm on Saturday, and 9 am – 5 pm on Sunday. The event features the Miss Tremont Pageant, a pancake & sausage breakfast, a 5k race on Saturday, a frozen turkey toss, a horseshoe tournament, an antique tractor pull, a craft show, a community church service, car show and parade on Sunday plus a carnival, live entertainment, food featuring (of course) turkey as well as strawberry treats throughout the festival.
