The Chillicothe River & Rails Fest will take place at Three Sisters Park on Rt. 29 in Chillicothe Thursday through Saturday with gates open at 3 pm each day. Featuring Chris Janson, Vincent Mason and Daughtry in concert, the event will feature live country and rock music, carnival rides and food vendors.
