A discussion of the Importance of the 2020 Census will take place at Advanced Medical Transport (located at 1718 N Sterling Ave. in Peoria) beginning at 6 pm. Hosted by the Greater Peoria League of Women Voters, the presentation by Caryl Riley, partnership specialist, Chicago Regional Census Bureau will discuss the impact of the Census outcome on communities, why it is important to count every resident, the challenges involved, and how community partners and civic organizations can take part.
