The Pinwheel 5K Race to End Child Abuse will take place at Donovan Park (located at 5805 Knoxville Ave. in Peoria) beginning at 8:30 am. Hosted by the Pediatric Resource Center (PRC), this is a cross-country 5K and also includes a 5K race, a fun walk, and a kids’ run. Registration is $30 and may be done at www.pinwheel5k.com
