Peoria German American Society - Winterfest 2026

Winterfest will be held at the Peoria German American Society Lindenhof (located at 7403 N. Radnor Road in Peoria) from Noon - 8 pm. Featuring a German buffet from Noon - 6 pm including parmesan chicken, grilled pork with sautéed onions, smoked sausage, green beans with bacon, red cabbage, mashed potatoes, spaetzle with sauce, lettuce salad, and bread and butter. Cost for the buffet is $17 for adults, kids aged 6-10 are $7.  Kids 6-10 who wear a costume from the Disney movie “Frozen”, the TV show “Vikings”, Circle of Time, the “Game of Thrones” or similar will get to eat for free. All kids 5 and under eat for free and also encouraged to come in costume.  Hot chocolate and coffee is included in the buffet price will be available through 6 pm.  Also enjoy live accordion music with Tom Dorigatti from 1-3:30 pm and Terry Bredenburg from 3:30-6 pm.  Glühwein (hot spiced wine) along with a full bar including German beers on draft, a selection of German wines, and German liqueurs will also be available.  For more information, visit https://www.facebook.com   Proceeds from the event will be used to fund the various activities of Harmonie as well as for charitable contributions to over 20 local charitable groups.
