Peoria Area World Affairs Council - Exporting a Business Model

Peoria Area World Affairs Council will host Exporting a Business Model at the the Paradice Hotel (located at 121 Blackjack in East Peoria) beginning at 7:15 am.  Learn how a local manufacturing business expanded globally by adapting traditional US business practices to the cultural and ethnic parameters of the Asian marketplace and beyond. This discussion features how one company has been managing the transition from exporting their products and services from America - to opening up foreign operations, with a focus on the methods that produce success and the pitfalls to avoid.
