The 2022 Pathways to Success Conference will take place at the Par-a-Dice Hotel (located at 21 Blackjack Blvd. in East Peoria) from 9 am – 3:30 pm. Centered around the theme of “Redefine Your Leadership” and offers inspirational speakers and networking opportunities for women throughout Central Illinois and beyond. Sponsored by Women in Leadership of Central Illinois (WIL) and the Central Illinois National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) – two local organizations that share the common goal of educating and empowering women in business and in leadership positions.
