Heartland Festival Orchestra will present Charlie Chaplin’s “The Kid” & “The Count” at the ICC Performing Arts Center (located at 1 College Drive in East Peoria) beginning at 7:30 pm. Presented and performed with live orchestra, these films showcase the humor and heart of “The Tramp,” as Chaplin was known. Musical scores by Craig Safan and Erich Korngold take you back to the ragtime of the ‘Roaring 20’s.
