The Peoria German American Society will host its Annual Kristkindlmarkt at Expo Gardens (located at 1601 W Northmoor Rd. in Peoria) from 10 am - 6 pm on Saturday and from 11 am - 5 pm on Sunday. Vendors will be showcasing various arts, crafts, jewelry, toys, clothing, collectables, woodworking items, Christmas cards, ornaments, household items, and fashion accessories just in time for gift giving. Food typical of the Kristkindlmarkts will be available to purchase including bratwurst, schnitzel, German potato salad, sauerkraut, glühwein, hot chocolate, hot cider, Bavarian pretzels, and German beer.
