The 3rd of July Fireworks Celebration will take place at Glen Oak Park and Glen Oak Amphitheatre (located at 2218 N Prospect Rd in Peoria) beginning at noon featuring $3 admission to the Peoria Zoo and the Peoria PlayHouse, music by the Peoria Municipal Band featuring vocalists plus food begins at 8 pm and ends with the fireworks spectacular. Parking is $5 beginning at 2 pm Admission is free.  Limited VIP Packages are available including free parking in the upper lot and reserved seating for $50.  For more information, visit www.peoriaparks.org
