The 2023 Tri-County Hunger Walk will take place at the OSF Center for Health (located at 8600 Illinois, IL-91 in Peoria) in the paved path for walking area from 9 – 10 am. 2023 Tri-County Hunger Walk T-Shirts are available for $20. Cost to participate is one healthy, shelf-stable food item donation per person. All donations go to local pantries. Registration and more information is available at https://go.illinois.edu
Food shouldn’t be an impossible choice. Join our Partnership for a Healthy Community Healthy Eating, Active Living Priority Action Team as we raise awareness about hunger and support the hunger & health of our neighbors by donating healthy, shelf-stable food options to local pantries. As our second annual Tri-County Hunger Walk, we hope to have the community rally around this need and enjoy time with friends & family taking some steps to end hunger.
