Featuring a troupe of musicians, circus artists, and puppeteers who travel on a handmade raft. Admission is free, however donations of $10 - $25 per person are recommended. Flotsam River Circus is a crew of world-class circus artists and musicians who travel on a ramshackle raft giving free performances to audiences gathered on the shore. Since 2019, they have performed in fifteen states, along numerous waterways, including the Mississippi River, the Ohio River, and the Erie Canal.
