The Flotsam River Circus Pre-Tour Benefit will take place at the Space at 1208 (located at 1208 E Duryea Ave. in Peoria Heights) beginning at 8 pm. Featuring the folk-punk accordion troubadour Jason Webley and special guests in support of Flotsam, the “floating circus” that will be traveling by water from St. Louis to Chicago in September, during this special "landlocked" benefit show, Webley will be joined by fellow Flotsam crew members including Malayali-American fiddler, Miriam Hacksaw, and experimental puppeteer, EnormousFace.
