Another Second Chance Celebration Concert will be presented at the 3300 Event Center (located at 3300 W Willow Knolls Dr. in Peoria) beginning at 4:30 pm. Featuring bands who originally played at the same location, the Second Chance Building in the 70s and 80s, live performers will include Captain Strobe, the Dave Chastain Band, Eargazm, Exit, The Idols, Jade 50s, The Jets, Knuckles, Kool Ray, Maiden Cane, Ready Steady Go, with a special appearance by The Long & Winding Road and special guest former Second Chance General Manager JoEll Allen.
