Schlachtfest and a German-American Day Celebration will take place at Hickory Grove Park (located at 12403 Hickory Grove Rd. in Dunlap) from Noon - 8 pm. Hosted by the Peoria German-American Central Society, the event features German music by Vogel Musik and Al’s Pals, German beer & food, a German car cruis’n, an arts and craft fair plus a shooting tent, bags & a German gift tent.
