Urban Legends and Scary Stories

Urban Legends and Scary Stories will take place at the Peoria Area Performing Arts Studio (located at 8816B North Industrial Road in Peoria) from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.  Members of the PAPAS Advanced Acting class will take on various roles that were made popular in scary books, movies, and urban legends that have been shared for decades  including excerpts from Stephen King’s Misery and Arthur Miller’s Crucible.  Urban Legends such as the Babysitter and the Man Upstairs will also be presented. The event will be held outdoors and it is recommended to bring lawn chair.  Ages 21+ will be able to enjoy beer and wine along with soda, water and cookies for purchase. The content and scare factor is appropriate for middle school and older.  Admission is a $10 donation.
