Ride a Piece of Peoria’s History on the newly restored 1931 Ahrens-Fox Fire Engine at the Wheels O'Time Museum (located at 1710 W Woodside Dr. in Dunlap) from Noon to 4 pm. The truck accommodates six to eight people and will run two to three times per hour. Rides are free with paid admission, which is $9 for adults, $8 for senior citizens aged 65+, $3.50 for kids aged 3 through 8th grade with discounts for groups. The Wheels O’ Time Museum campus includes exhibits in six different buildings accessible to all visitors: the Main Building, the Firehouse, the Farm Building, the Ford Building, the LeTourneau’s Steel House, and opened in 2021 the new exhibit building.
The museum also has multiple outdoor displays, some in the Industrial Art Courtyard, some spread around the campus.
