Peoria Public Library and Peoria County Genealogical Society will co-host Genealogy Day 2019 at the Peoria Public Library Main downtown Peoria branch from 9:45 am - 3:30 pm. Featuring free workshops to help you trace your family tree with Candace Marx, a certified genealogical researcher, who will discuss resources for Illinois research. Other topics include using DNA to build your family tree, the use of Ellis Island manifests and how to access Peoria County records online. Admission is free.
