Be Anything Career Day: People in our Neighborhood will take place at the Peoria PlayHouse Children’s Museum (located at 2218 N Prospect Rd. in Peoria) from 1 - 3 pm. Featuring a meteorologist along with the Weather Tracker vehicle, a salon owner, a finance professional, a recruiter for the Girl Scouts of Central Illinois, a librarian from the Peoria Public Library along with the Bookmobile, a grocer, a sous chef, a maintenance worker from the Peoria Public Works Department, a dentist, a mechanic, a behavioral therapist and a new anchor, admission is $8.50 for ages 1 - 64, $7.50 for ages 65+ and active military and free for ages under 1.
