The Italian American Society of Peoria's Annual Festa Picnic will take place at Hickory Grove Park (located at 12403 N Hickory Grove Rd in Dunlap) from 12 - 5 pm. Featuring Authentic Italian recipes prepared by Barrack's Cater Inn: mostaccioli with meat sauce and choice of meatball or Italian sausage; meatball sandwich or Italian sausage sandwich plus bread from Avanti's. Italian and domestic beer and wines will be available, plus a bocce ball tournament, live Italian music by Vince Amore and Jack Miuccio, kids activities, a balloon artist, a vendor fair, a spaghetti eating contest plus a bocce ball tournament.
