The East Peoria Festival of Lights Breakfast with Santa will take place at the Quail Meadows Golf Course Clubhouse (located at 2215 Centennial Drive in Washington) with 2 seatings: one at 9 am and another at 10 am. A benefit for St. Jude Runs, kids can join Santa for a pancake breakfast and photos along with goodie bags. Special guests will be Folepi, the Festival of Lights toy soldier mascot, and the 2025 Festival of Lights Queen. Cost is $10 for ages 13 and older, $5 for kids aged 3 – 12 and free for kids age 2 and under and adults who don’t plan to eat at the event.
