Peoria Historical Society: Theaters of Peoria

The Peoria Historical Society Theaters of Peoria Bus Tour will begin at Kelleher's Irish Pub (located at 619 SW Water Street) beginning 10 am.  Will it play in Peoria?  From the earliest days of American theater, Peoria audiences were considered representative of the taste of the nation at large. Peoria was home to numerous opulent theater houses, including the Grand Opera House, the Coliseum, and the Palace.
