Editor’s Note: This listing is from June of 2019, the last year that the Olde English Faire took place at Wildlife Prairie Park. There are no plans to have an Olde English Faire the future that we are aware of.
The Olde English Faire will take place at the Wildlife Prairie Park on Friday through Sunday from 9 am- 5 pm. On Friday, children will learn about the medieval era from the Knights of Valour. Jousting demonstrations are at Noon on Friday and at 1 pm & 3 pm on Saturday & Sunday. Other entertainment includes sword fighting, storytellers, archery and falconry plus there will also be vendors, food and more on hand. The King’s Feast will take place on Saturday and Sunday from 1 – 3 pm and includes a lavish meal, exclusive entertainment, a take home gift plus VIP seating for the 3 pm joust. Cost for the feast is $50 and includes admission to the event if purchased before June 20. Regular admission is free on Friday for WPP members or $10 for ages 13 and up, $6 for ages 3 to 12 and kids 2 and under are free with a $1 discount if dressed in medieval garb. Parking is $5.
