The East Peoria Festival of Lights Shop and Stroll will take place in the Historic Four Corners District in East Peoria (bounded by Washington Street and McKinley Street) from Noon – 3 pm. Featuring free horse-drawn carriage rides (weather permitting), and balloon art, spend $25 or more and get a free admission to Folepi’s Winter Wonderland. Admission is free.
