Customer Service Associate - Manpower
Manpower Professional of Central Illinois currently has several Customer Service Associate positions in Peoria Illinois. This will be a full-time, 12 month long assignment. Qualified candidates must be able to work nontraditional hours (1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts plus weekends holidays and overtime.) These positions will pay 14.50

Qualified candidates will possess:

1. High School Education or equivalent

2. 1-2 years of Sales/Customer Service
experience

3. Excellent phone and customer service skills

4. Must be able to work under time constraints and meet deadlines and quotas

5. Basic internet and Word processing skills required as well as data entry experience

6. Must pass Customer Service Aptitude testing

Desktop Support - Manpower
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing support to end users via calls, e-mails and personal requests and resolving issues. Installation and set-up of hardware and software along with maintenance of all systems.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide support to end-users.
2. Identify, research and resolve technical problems
3. Respond to calls, e-mail and personnel requests for technical support.
4. Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
5. Windows 2000/XP Desktop support
6. Install Internal and external PC hardware
7. Troubleshoot hardware/software problems within the company.
8. Install software.
9. Any other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. A+ and NET+ certifications or 2 years experience
2. 1 year experience in desktop support or related
3. Working Knowledge of Windows 2000/XP Professional
4. Be able to set up printers and install software.
5. Hardware repair knowledge/experience a plus.
6. Knowledge and concepts of Active Directory
7. Knowledge and concepts of MS Exchange Server


ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Strong Critical thinking and Management skills
2. Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Self starter with minimal supervision
