Objective
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, researching, interviewing, screening and referring job candidates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Confer with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills
2. Write job descriptions or review and edit job descriptions written by others
3. Develop recruitment programs, budgets and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings
4. Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
5. Initiate contact with qualified candidates for job openings
6. Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements
7. Screen and refer candidates for additional interviews with others in organization
8. Coordinate participation in, set up and work at job fairs
9. Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups and other public organizations to and attract candidates
10. Work with employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates
11. Provide information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants
12. Perform reference checks on applicants
13. Utilize online recruiting source’s to identify and recruit candidates

Skills & Knowledge
· Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
· Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level
· Ability to travel as required
· Proficient of Microsoft Office programs
· Must be Internet savvy and experienced in data mining.

Bachelor’s degree and/or experience preferred

Client Service Representative Floater - Manpower
PURPOSE: To gain training in all aspects of Client Services and State
Farm to further develop, maintain and enhance current skills. You will utilize these skills to enhance efficient and profitable Yellow Pages programs that provide quality customer service for the mutual benefit of the company. After initial training, CSRF will work in the area with the greatest need and/or fill the gap when we experience turnover on a temporary or permanent bases.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Administer all aspects of customer Yellow and White page programs
· Inform ADMs/Directors/Team Leaders of concerns or problems that may affect client’s satisfaction or profitability
· Request and monitor reports for special projects and clients needs to ensure accuracy in the information provided within the reports
· Assist in the preparation of account reviews as needed
· Prepare solicitation and accurately place ordered and approved advertising
· Answer all calls and direct accordingly after solicitation is sent out (SF)
· Respond in a timely manner to all publisher requests ensuring CMR and publisher records are in agreement
· Set-up and maintain data base files to ensure accurate administration of client programs
· Look up agent information on State Farm Website, Directory.net or Superpages.com to verify information (SF)
· Maintain accurate, detailed and legible notes with date, contact and information discussed
· Provide information in reference to advertising benefits, directory coverage information, rates, deadlines, and any available yellow page usage statistics (SF)
· Research and contact publishers on pricing, special incentives and for late order approval when needed
· Send artwork transmittals to Publishers
· Work with art department on creating the display ad
· Proof ads for accuracy
· Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of account procedures
· Perform as an effective counterpart to the ADM, Team Members, Team Leaders and Director
· Conduct and/or participate in presentations and client meetings
· Advice house accounts of appropriate advertising opportunities
· Travel to client meetings as necessary
· Support team environment in all aspects of responsibilities and goals
· Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES:

· Ability to write business correspondence using correct grammar, spelling and word usage
· Ability to effectively present information to clients and internal staff
· Ability to effectively communicate with publishers and client

Billing Team Leader - Manpower
PURPOSE: To provide support to the Billing Coordinators in communication, motivation, training and encouragement to ensure that billing is done accurately and in a timely efficient manner. To strengthen the growth and development of the billing area through organizational proficiency. To keep finance manager informed of any concerns or problems within the area.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide development and support opportunities to team members
· Perform as an effective partner with other department’s team leaders, team members, and management
· Represent the billing department in internal meetings as needed
· Promote team concept and positive environment
· Ensure communication and participation of extended team members (client services)
· Ensure ADM’s and in turn all affected departments receive new and/or revised account procedures within acceptable agreed upon timeline
· Ensure the team is operating to achieve efficiency, accuracy and quality performance
· Participate in new client set-up meetings
· Ensure team is operating within corporate policies and procedures
· Resolve problems and conflicts within team in professional manner
· Ongoing assessment of strengths and weaknesses of team
· Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing assessment of strengths and weaknesses of team members
· Participates in hiring of team members
· Billing responsibilities as needed as described in the Billing Coordinator job description
